I have one million projects in progress, so I definitely need to add one more! A friend suggested a Sierpinski triangle quilt after seeing a bunch of my #100Days100Blocks2019 blocks. I had to Google to find out what that was, but then I was intrigued. I downloaded some equilateral triangle paper and got to work… Continue reading In Progress – Sierpinski Triangle Quilt
I’ve finished up both of my Merry Mini Quilt tops! Because I only have one million projects in progress, so why not start two more. 😂 Now, I need to get them quilted before Christmas gets here.
I can’t believe I’m actually keeping up with this sew along! I’ve finished and posted 36 blocks in 36 days so far. Here are blocks 19 through 36:
I liked making my first set of blocks for the Merry Mini Quilt, that I decided to make a second version from a Kate Spain North Woods layer cake that I’ve had for a while. North Woods is one of my favorite Christmas fabric lines ever, so I’m glad I found a great use for… Continue reading In Progress – Merry Mini Quilt – Version 2
I’ve finished block #9 for the Garden Sampler quilt. These are such cute blocks and they look more complicated to make than they actually are. I’m in love with these and this fabric line – Lella Boutique’s Garden Variety!
I loved making my Christmas Figs quilt so much, that when Halloween Figs was announced, I knew I would have to make it too. I just finished the blocks for month one. Aren’t they cute? 😀
I’m participating in Gnome Angel’s #100Days100Blocks2019 Sew Along. I’ve finished 18 blocks in 18 days so far! I’m using Kona solids in Flame, Mango, and Canary, a color scheme I blatantly stole from Quilting Jetgirl’s Sparkler Mini Quilt, except I’ve added in Sour Apple as well. I needed a fourth color for some of the… Continue reading In Progress – #100Days100Blocks2019 – Blocks 1-18
So, over a year ago, I took part in the #bclogcabinswapagain on Instagram. I made and mailed off my blocks and received a gorgeous package of blocks from all over the world. I put them in a bin and promptly forgot about them. (Story of my life.) I finally remembered them a couple of weeks… Continue reading In Progress – Bonnie & Camille Log Cabin Quilt
This poor quilt has been cursed from day one. 🙁 When I originally ordered the dark green fabric, the shop shorted me for some reason. I decided to just order the missing amount and went on with my life. After I got the top finished, I realized that the additional fabric didn’t match. I decided… Continue reading FINISHED!! – Magnolia Mystery Quilt
Yay! My Bee Happy Quilt is finished! As always, beautifully quilted by Robin at Ormond Beach Quilts. I asked her to custom quilt this one and she did a gorgeous job!
