I’m back in baby quilt mode for a little while! A friend is due with her second baby in August, so I decided to use the Coral Queen of the Sea line by Stacy Iest Hsu for Moda Fabrics. I added Kona Cotton in Primrose for a solid contrast. I’ve had the blocks made for a couple of months, just sitting around in a pile. I suddenly realized that if I was going to have this done by the time baby makes her appearance, I needed to get the top finished! I got it done yesterday and now it’s ready to go to the quilter. I think it looks really nice! 🙂

I love the colors for this. I, too, have a baby quilt to make for a friend and I will be feverishly busy with it as I don’t have blocks pre-made as you did. Yours is going to be so well loved. 🙂
