So, I didn’t mean to add another project to the dozen or so that I have in progress right now, but when I saw the new Spelling Bee book<\/a> from Lori Holt, I couldn’t help myself. I’m using scraps from my Bee Happy Quilt<\/a> and I bought a fat quarter bundle of Bee Basics to use as well. My background fabric is a white-on-white swiss dot by Riley Blake<\/a>. Each Saturday, two new blocks are posted both on Lori Holt’s blog<\/a> and Fat Quarter Shop’s blog<\/a>. I’m trying to get ahead, so I’m doing all of my letters first and then I’ll fill in with some of the picture blocks.<\/p>\n
