A couple of weeks ago, Fat Quarter Shop posted a really cute tutorial for a Halloween pillow on their blog. It’s called Gone Batty Pillow<\/a>. I loved the bat appliqu\u00e9, but I knew I didn’t want to make a pillow. I was organizing my Sew Simple Shapes<\/a> that I use for appliqu\u00e9 and thought one of the circles would be perfect for a harvest moon to go with the bat. Using some orange, black, and text fabrics from Fig Tree & Co.<\/a> I whipped up a bat and a moon. I’ve appliqu\u00e9d them to the background and now I just need to quilt it. Super cute and didn’t take much time! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
