I’m trucking right along on my Ten Year Plan Quilt! I don’t think this one is going to actually take ten years to make. \ud83d\ude00 <\/p>\n

So far, I’ve stitched 2,776 hexies out of the 3,500 that I think I’ll end up needing. Here’s what that looks like in a big plastic bin:

I’ve started sewing them together with a neutral-ish hexie in the center with more colorful hexies surrounding it. I’ve done quite a few of those so far:

I’m just stitching them to the center hexie and leaving the petals loose on the sides. I’ll take them with me to homeschool co-op on Tuesdays to finish stitching them. I’m having so much fun with this quilt! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
