<\/p>\nThis coming school year, my kids are going to have co-op classes from 9:30am-2:30pm every Tuesday. I’ve been looking for a portable project to work on while they’re in class. I actually thought about taking my sewing machine with me to work on something, but quickly realized that wasn’t going to be a good idea. \ud83d\ude42 I finally hit on the idea of trying out English Paper Piecing – small, portable, PERFECT!! I decided to try it out ahead of time and I’m really enjoying it. I’m using 1″ hexies and mini charm packs, which are the perfect size for that size hexie. I like EPP so much that I’m planning to make a quilt for our bed. I estimate I’ll need about 3,500 hexies for the project, hence the name of the quilt – Ten Year Plan. \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n
